Your dreams are idle fantasies until you expect them to come true. Try this weekly excercise for a month and see the difference in your life
Day 1. How you think today determines how you live tomorrow. Write down things you like about yourself and focus on that when you hear others say negative things about you
Day 2. Dreams become reality when fed with expectation and perseverance. Do something each day toward your dream. Examples read an article or book that deals with your dream, visit places where people are doing what you want to do. Keep a journal.
Day 3. Opportunity's door requires action to open it. Take action. Example: If You want an "A" in a subject read ahead, ask questions, do more than the teacher expects.
Day 4. Some focus on darkness some focus on light. What you choose to see will change your life. Never let your mind dwell on thoughts that make you think less of yourself. Battle those thoughts with positive things about yourself
Day 5. Expect success and you will never stop until you achieve it. Here is the test. If you expect success you are doing something to make it happen. If you don't expect success you only think about it but take no action.
Day 6. You have to believe it on the inside before you will see it on the outside. Believing it on the inside is like being at your birthday party and seeing a present with your name on it. You know it's for you.
Day 7. Train your mind to see setbacks as setups filled with positive possibilities. In every failure there are seed of success. Edison failed 10,000 times before he perfected the light bulb. If your dream is real failure is never the end.
